I was looking into the same question a little while ago.
Basically, a deeper section wheel is stronger. More spokes = stronger. But both deep section and more spokes is overkill.
CXP33s Pro: Deep section therefore more aero (but I doubt it'd make a big enough difference) and stronger Con: Heavier than Open Pro
Open Pro Pro: Very light. People say they're stiff. Con: Not aero so not as strong as CXP33.
When I get paid on Tuesday I'm just going to buy whatever looks nicest!
