I have a QR rear axle and the frame is set up for QR, so makes sense to stick with it I think.
The rods in my skewers are threaded both ends so I reckon they could be swapped. Ive seen titanium rods for sale on their own too. Google tells me that tandems have 140mm dropouts, so could maybe get a rod from one of them.
Anyone else know where I can get 140mm rods from?
