Frame builder and/or powdercoating in Cambridge area?

I realise this is a London board but I'm close enough! :-) Anyone know any reputable frame builders in the Cambridge area where I can get my dropouts replaced with track ones? I'd also like to get the frame painted properly afterwards as well. Alternatively, 45mins on the train isn't too far to carry a frame so if there are good ones in North London then let me know too.
