If you want to try the duct tape trick, I've got a couple of promotional TdF bidons from Evans which you can have. Drink em, then toss them like a pro.

You work in the same place as me - Evans downstairs are handing them out with every purchase.

What? I just bought some gloves from there today and they didn't give me owt!
