As long as you have the serial number you're supposed to be able to go to any Abus dealer and order a new key. Have you tried the shop you bought the lock from? If not, Brixton Cycles is an Abus seller so they should be definitely be able to sort you out.
Was a little saddend to see you can't order keys online like you can with Kryptonite locks.
