First time build questions

brett Strange to be marketed as a "Track Frameset" yet have 3 braze-ons for a rear brake cable plus a rear drilling. If it was a complete bike I could understand, but something about that doesn't ring true to me.

I can only guess it's intended more down the lines of an 'urban' track bike like your Langsters and Paddy Wagons with their dual brakes?
