TheBrick(Tommy)
Fixedwheelnut Commute 54 miles a week
Tuesday night pub run, 30-45 miles [20 in winter]
Sunday club run anything from 30 - 100 miles
I usually average around 80 - 100miles a week until I ride an Audax that can throw the average right out the window.
See the mileage most of you do, you would have no trouble riding an Audax.
Wow Fixedwheelnut I thought you must do mad training mileage to do your massive Adax rides. How far through a season is it before you start doing your 600k w/e rides and how much training extra do you do for the super randomurs (spelling?) PBP e.t.c
600s are usually June onwards, once you have done a few seasons you learn how to pace yourself and what to eat drink etc I try to book a Monday off after a 600 but have ridden in when I have to just take it easy for a few days.
When I have done early 400s like Easter Arrows to York it can be tough as it is cooler and early season.
I log my miles on bikejournal.com
I'm on about 3400+ so far for the year and 500 for july sample table of July s rides below

For rides like PBP you have to keep the miles up, I was under prepared in 2003 so made a better effort for LEL in 2005, especially as I had £1800 sponsorship riding on it.
On top of my usual stuff I took longer rides home 20 -50 miles and rode them as fast as possible at least once usually twice a week and at least once a month usually after work on a Saturday rode one of our 100km audax routes that starts in Wrotham so door to door was 103 miles I felt much better with the extra miles in.
cheers
Steve
