He's just turned 9 months. Seems to be when a lot of parents think "yep, it's time". They should be capable of sitting up unaided for as long as they feel like ie. have the neck strength to support their head plus 250g of helmet.
I'm doing his helmet fitting in short bursts whilst wearing mine (a rarity!). Got the CoPilot Limo seat cos I already had the Blackburn rack, and I didn't like the look of the Hamax 'bouncy' fitting (plus the seats weigh a ton).
We've sat him in the seat, and he immediately started doing his patented psychotic rocking movement, so I think it's going to feel more like pulling a trailer :-p
