Sounds like Tamas is extremely helpful :) I'll get someone to measure my back later then. The compression straps are a must I think... large bags look so stupid when they're not filled.
Do they make your back sweat loads btw? I'm sick of my backpack making me sweaty. I'm tempted to just buy another backpack but with one of those things on the back that hold the bag away from you, if the mess bag still will loads :-/
