DIY track frame

gav Cheers for the concern. I was fine after the crash, continued riding home. But then I had to brake hard 15 min later, and the fork distorted more and my front wheel hit the frame, sending me over the handlebars for a second time! Just a few cuts and scrapes though.

My bike was outside UCH before the crash, I work as a nurse there.

Any one got any 55-57cm frames lying around they don't want (budget sub £150) ;)
