A lot depends on your budget and any special requirements. Theres way too many options out there without any more specifics (such as width of frame, high-flange/low-flange/colour, chainline, braking surface on rim etc.)
Definitely buy from somewhere like Brixton or Brick Lane and if your budget stretches to it, get them to handbuild it for you.
Lots of reasonably priced sealed hubs out there for you to chose from. Again speak to the good people in the bike shops.
Probably want to invest a little in the hub and in the rim (ie Mavic, Velocity, Ambrosio, DT etc)
