Yes, anything can be stolen with the right knowledge, tools and time. But.. because the lux cars are so much harder to nick (I believe) they are much less likely to be stolen. Also, lux cars have a higher desire factor for crims so even if less are parked in dodgy areas they are surely more likely to be targetted.. unless they are too hard to break into..
I can't be arsed looking at these but if you're bored.. it takes into account number on the road too.
