I hear exactly what your saying. Last year I experienced appalling Paypal conditions. There isn't a great deal that can be done either. I still send things unrecorded but state certain rules on my auctions. The whole experience has helped me with future sales. The amount of people who get away with shit on there is insane. Paypal are terrible at dealing with these things. Have you checked the history of the buyer? How long has it been and how far? I sent something to Australia recently which arrived within a week. Sent something to Kent and it took 3 weeks? The buyer was about to claim money back! Royal Mail eh!!!!
