As people have said, spread the clamp on th bars and give them a good wiggle as you get to the bends.
For the stem, maybe also try some oil. I did that recently on an holdsworth i'm messing about with and it loosened it up enough to get it out.
Cranks don't look cottered, probably just a bit rusted. As long as you can get the bolt off, a crank extractor should get em off.
