ok, Inverness Street has a lot of nice places to eat and it's less than 30sec walk from the ballroom (the road where Virgin megastores is). Singapore Sling is nice - not too expensive about £5 a head for food, not a buffet though.
At the very bottom on kentish town rd. opposite Camden tube is a new buffet place - it's got one of those '£5 all you can eat' things in the window - never been there but it always looks busy so it must be alright.
The thing with all-you-can-eat is that it's normally served at lunchtime, i don't know anywhere in Camden that does it in the evening.
Also, wagamamas will be open, that's also nearby on Jamestown rd, parallel 2 inverness.
