Dynamo training

Stef aaaah you're a tipycal 9to5'er...where am i gonna get the time to do all that, i like fixed gear bikes, that's all i own. No 21 gears jibba jabba. I'll do the Dynamo for the challenge.
but i'll ride as much as i can.

If I worked 9 to 5 they would drop me down to part-time.
