I got speedplay frogs, which are ok, as well as the old type road pedals.
The road cleats are phenomenal for riding, and I did everything in them in 2005. Audax, road races, messenger championship, Marmotte and Ventoux sportives, track racing, 2 night rides, 1000k cycle tour....
They are absolutely no good for posing down the pub, however.
That's why I have the frogs for use with my (scuffed) Sidis
