• It's kind of the same thing. If you take money and do stuff for them, you could say it was constructive engagement. But Nike is so big it's hard to see how you would be able to influence them in any meaningful way.

    Having said that, Brennan Mulligan ex-T2 has set up a factory in Oakland making Nike bags the right way, so I guess there's more than one way to go about these things.
