I agree we should do an abridged(ha ha geddit) ride from 11-12 around the central London bridges.

I will come to the P.O.W. at 10-30 or so wearing a soaked red old Metro Goretex, look out for me.

After 12:30 or so I saw on the BBC radar the rain would be Biblical in nature.

I still ride when it rains, but on the other hand, I don't go a courtin' it on a saturday night.

Fuck, I've just walked through rain of biblical proportions right now. I know the whole water/bridge/rain connection is supposed to be poetic but I've spent most of the day standing around in torrential downpours and now the only wet thing I want to see comes in a pint glass. So I'm off for a beer. Enjoy the ride, if you do it, and watch out for bombs!

i rode into soho for a few pints at glasshouse stores and back. really wasn't that bad i sort of enjoy riding in the wet, as long as it's not longer than an hour i guess. didn't ride fixed though. if i knew people are actually going i would have went.
