A few weeks or so ago someone posted a video from youtube on here showing lots of chains being broken...

I found on Kryptonite's blog their response, in case anyone else is interested...

I agree completely, u locks are just bastards to even get to with the tools needed, plus you risk damaging the bike loads. Just thought some people might be interested :)

The people on that video look well dodgy. I wouldn't trust them!

chains are best for wrapping around an angry driver's neck. contrary to what scott said, no slack is allowed in this case. should be as taut as the other chain that's on your bike :)
