I was the top loser.. i mean.. poster on aus.bicycle/cyclingforums.com. It's a bit slow and slightly irrelevant now though.
I visited C+ a bit for local bike stuff but the constant wank about helmets, red light jumping, etc. turned me off it.
There's a million other forums I've dipped into but wouldn't be a regular user of.
I ride, I drink, I blog, I work, I 'maintain' a girlfriend? :) I am now a facebook wh0re.
Basically, I don't sleep so much as 'zone out' in front of a screen..
