You can get a complete transmission from http://www.byercycles.co.uk fo about fifty sheets. You have to order over the phone, but they're very helpful.
The RPM crankset is a bargain at £29.99 (just sold mine on the bay). The black one comes with 165's and a 1/8th ring, but the silver might suit yer Bobajob better.
