On your list, the two most expensive items are wheels and crankset. Oh and you're going to have to spend some coin on getting someone to install a headset and BB if you don't know jack.
You need to know what type of fork you have (threaded vs threadless) and your seatpost dia (which is most likely 27.2).
I'd spend some time on sites like Hubjub.co.uk, FixedGearGallery.com, BusinessCycles.com etc and at Brixton Cycles, BrickLane Bikes etc getting to know what rough prices are and what you like the look of etc.
You definitely want to get a new BB (need to find the cranks first though), headset and chain (need to decide between 3/32" and 1/8" pitch stuff - cranks again should be the decider here). Everything else you could find 2nd hand.
