these spoke card designs would the creators allow the images to be used for other things ? if i wanted one of those stella can londonfgss style ones could i somehow use the image or the flickr picture and get it printed onto a t-shirt i love that design no one has patented / copyrighted these images have they ?

Mate, if you want the stella one go for it. I wanted to draw it in illustrator, but only have only access to photoshop 5.5. I'll be getting a new laptop soonish, but if anyone wants a go before feel free.

being a 60's child i don't really know the next step how would i take that image or the flickr one and get it into a pdf or photo file that a print shop could deal with ?
shall i bring round my zx spectrum 32K with 7" floppy disk and tape recorder and record the beeeeep beep beeeeeeeep beeeeeeeep beep noises emitting from the loudspeakers on the computer here .... or something ? -
