I think it's fairly easy to to tell who's in it for the fashionista points and who has made an informed decision.
I personally believe it's a good thing.
Firstly, and has been noted in similar threads, it's bums on seats. And some of those bums may end up here.
Also, the market is driving the availability of fixed/ss kit and giving us all more choice.
And once the next big thing is three-wheeled skateboards or 27 speed bmxs there'll be tons of barely-used fixed kit on eBay ;-)
