wow that's really bad for a dolan... what's wrong with QA these days... they obviously didn't even check the frame before they sent it to you. did they have those plastic blocks where they stick in between the track ends when it arrived?
but i guess if your wheel is true and if it doesn't line up with both chainstay and seatstay no matter what you do then sthg's really wrong with the tubes they cut.
