we were doing 15 - 20 mph most of the time, but then count in punctures, rest every hour on the hour as daz needed a roll-up about that regularly a few stops to check maps food breaks coffee breaks etc maybe a few too many breaks but hey it isn't the tour de france we left hyde park at 9 got to the henge at about 4.15 4.30 it was 83 miles or so 7.5 hrs that makes about 11mph overall
