If they really sent this reply it is a disgrace and they should be outed for anti-British bias on every cycling website and I would hope dropped by any British cycling club who they sponsor. Whatever about producing stuff abroad, I think its an accepted tradition of capitalism, rubishing native craftspeople in this way is very damaging to our economy and could result in companies going abroad who would otherwise create jobs in Britain.
