you wouldn't get much for the tuppence-ha'penny winos on this forum ;)
reckon it needs to be inside, at least on licensed premises for sale of booze.
I know you can do it on the side, but it's for charity and the Law shutting things down and fining the organisers won't provide much for the needy..
