What about a ride to Brighton.. i'm sure that's never been done before..
Seriously though, anything involving a ride is good. A ride or polo session is easier to organise - it kinda sorts itself out.
e.g. Just print maps and ask for a donation to get the map. Maybe bbq at the end or something.
