Fixed on a plane

Does anyone know any companies that make robust luggage that is designed to put a bike in? Don't mind if it requires the wheels etc to be removed and flat packed.

it's a lot lighter than a scicon, it's about 7.5kgs and comes with a load of pipe lagging, i've taken my bike to Oz quite a few times with it.

that has the potential to be very dangerous, what would happen if some of the snakes escaped, some people just don't think through the consequences of their actions

maybe if said snakes escaped and got all horny and crazy and shit, they could just turn the heating in the plane off, said snakes are cold blooded and would just go to sleep.
wouldnt make for a good film though

i have been using bike bag carrying my fixed from london <> hong kong for more than 5 times
no problems at all (with carbon rims too)

I've never been out of the states with my bike before, London will be the first trip, does it cost much to do so?
