i was talking about bill's bike which always has cups in it

yeah it may well have been, ive seen it about a few times, thought i might give it a go, see how much water/beer i can collect

They were kinda popular in Oz for beginner track racing. Guess they're Asian built and just don't make it here as there's enough competition here already?
