Coach is from the beach. The train I believe requires cycling back a little to the station.
Not sure what is best. Some coaches you have to wait for, but then the cycle slots on the train may all be taken and you might have to wait for that.
I booked the coach simply because I want to be sure of an easy way back. I'm sure I can snooze a little if I get there too early :)
