bob jacksons (nice as they are) are old skool with horizontal TT unless you go custom,
one of the reasons i like my pista is that having short legs and long arms/torso i don't have any standover problems.
i don't know how the pista compares lengthwise to other frames but it doesn't look overlong to me.
when you get fitted at condor they spec the crank length bar width and stem length, but if she wants specialist bars for women (do they exist?) there is an upcharge to pay. i paid extra for deda non-anatomical drops on mine.
although i had a few minor issues with my bike they wren't rude or patronising to me even though i knew feck all about road bikes. after buying mine (i spent a fair bit more as i wanted a few pimp bits) i would say whatever you buy get fitted properly i wouldn't contemplate buying a bike without expert fitting advice.
i don't think she would be disappointed with either a bob jackson or a condor but i think the BJ would have to be custom to get the semi compact geometry.
