Grey haired guy is John, actually working full time for Metro, so no fakenger ;) ;)

With that amount of Metro gear on he couldn't be a fakenger! :)
He was quick through traffic too. -

Nope. Light blue. I think the frame geometry was more normal too and I don't recall any spoke cards but I don't recall lots of things...

I figured you'd be known on here or would appear here shortly. Spanks for zee compliment! What hubs were you running on the Argos?

Overdrive I think we spoke briefly going along Oxford Street ages ago, and you misheard a comment I made about Argos bikes and assumed it to be some ignorant slight! I was mortified! (Particularly as I'm from Bristol, the home of Argos!)
While we're at it, who's the guy on the red/black/bullhorns fixed who commutes via Finchley Road and Regent's Park east side? In his 30s, curly blond hair, no helmet, Ortlieb bag?

Jon from Metro? I saw him again on Oxford St. yesterday.
Who rides the light blue Argos?
Thanks for the 'nice frame' comment.. although I really should do some upper-body work.. ;)
Also, who's the grey-haired guy in full Metro kit (riding a celeste(ish) frame).
It gets warm and all the fixers head west..
