messure the bb shell 68 mm means euro / british iso
70mm mean italian
I would guess english / iso.
American b.b are not threaded at all. Still found on some bmx bikes, (but they have largly moved over to spanish / mid bb) and alot of beach bike with one piece crank.

I got it wrong the bit up top it is the drive side that is lht on iso cranks I always need to work it out.
