Yeah of course w e have been bastards, in history mind you so have people from most other areas of the world. That is the point, there are people that do bad things from all over the world and of ever race through out history and at the moment it is just that European / Ameriacan colonialisum has been the one that has mostly shaped our current modern world.
Most of these leaders that did crazy stuff must have been extreamly charming, s obewear the silver tounged!
