no real good bike shops in Paris for fixed matters.
Cycles Laurent on BD Voltaire near république is OK, and there is a tiny workshop rue de L'aqueduc near gare du nord where the guy is a moddy bastard, but knows his shit. (he's the one who fixed my bent rim).
he's seeing more and more guys looking for track stuff now, and is notoriously non-friendly sometimes.
