Get a bailey works from somewhere - they're meant to be great. Check out their website for sizes etc (the courier range is better if you aren't gonna use it on the bike, super pro better for bike use but more expensive). I think Trackstar has them, but search for bailey works on http://fixed.gr/nyc to find a thread about stockists.
