  • anyone would think couriers invented the fixed gear biycycle :in need of a smiley to convey the raised eyebrow and wry smile: i wonder what track cyclists from the early part of the last century think? they are probably happy to see a resurgence in all things fixed/cycling

i do find it odd that people want to look like a courier with the radio that doesn't work hanging around the duke and saying they work for a company etc, these people are fucked in the head and need proffessional help.
lets face it it's not a glamourous profession, it can be dirty and not that well paid, but it has it's plus points as riding yer bike is good and there is a 'community' rather than just a workforce to belong to. maybe it's this that people lack in their lives and they think buying a langster will help them belong?

for me it's the bikes and the people, being paid to ride or not it should be nothing to do with it.

i was a fakenger before i knew what one was, i was given a creative couriers gilet a couple of years ago but i felt tipped the logo so it didn't show :-)

(bill, i gave it back to it's owner after a while. so i can't give it back to you!)
