When I was about 17 my Dad taught me not to swear "it's very uncilivised", but just blow a kiss at them smiling and speed off. It will infuriate them every time. I think this applies to all forms of transport really.
I'm loving wayne182 suggestion with Dick Emery. I can't wait to try it out.
