can't see that it would be the guy who glued it's fault......if it's a deep section rim it must be nearly impossible to not put the valve in straight...sounds like a fault in the valve / extension...send whichever back is prob your only option....
I was topping up the pressure on my rear tyre and the valve snapped off. Because the rims are very deep they have an extension valve, the snap was at the join. This was a new tub, only a week old. I used a track pump so the connection was sweet.
Is this normal or should I ask questions about the guys who glued the tyre ( I won't mention names yet)
