there was some conversation on fixedgeargallery about classic frames being wrecked by people taking of the braze ons off. the gradual fixification of old colnago / cinelli frames leaving very few original bikes out there with their durallier hangers cable guides etc
if it's a classic / nice old frame it might be worth putting up with those bits
