As for mallets there are no not custom mallets so just build it for the bike you're playing on, even if it's a bmx (although i'd reccomend jacking up the seatpost a lot and getting the bars good and high for comfort.
The best mallets we've found in NY are made out of ski poles with 1.5 inch (3.81 cm for all you euros) pvc or gas pipe heads. You attach the pole to the head with a small bolt (predrilling eveything of course through the middle of the pole and the head. I'll post pictures later if ya want.
