the fizik arione is a nice saddle, but not quite as comfortable as a brooks. i had a b17, but it was knicked and haven't replaced it. but for longer distances, you can't go wrong with a brooks. i didn't really have any breaking in issues. it was pretty much comfortable from the get-go.
