I went along for the induction first, good fun but basic teaching the etiquette / overtaking rules etc then went along for a training session the following week it is great fun to ride with out the need to be aware of the Volvo / Merc just about to pull out in front you. Good to ride in a group and good to meet some other fine people. I found it was best to find people of a similar standard for the training otherwiase you just get burnt out trying to keep up with better cyclists. Well worth the effort though
