There was quite a lot of discussion on bf.net about that frame. It's actually made by a polish company (not ostro) who can produce any design of bike frame that you want. The general concensus about the pursuit frame was that it was more stylish than functional (gussets for no obvious reason, a very tight rear triangle but dropouts that don't let the wheel close enough to take advantage of it, etc). I saw one in Dublin and it looked quite cool in a "post-apocalyptic industrial" kind of way.
Another option for cool, bare looking frames would be an XACD Ti frame - would cost about £300 delivered.
