Insert a long thin screwdriver/spoke between the slit of the bearing/cup/race and tap on it. Should see some movements or it should pop out straight away otherwise you could try to pry it out if there's enough purchase on the underside.
If well and truly stucked, pour hot boiling water on it, then ice afterward, spray with penetrating fluid and repeat a handful of time.
Contraction and expansion should help the penetrating fluid work its way in.

Any tips for removing integrated headset bearings seized in a head tube? These ones go in a pressed split ring that sits in the frame and that will most likely be impossible to replace if I damage it.
