  • Insert a long thin screwdriver/spoke between the slit of the bearing/cup/race and tap on it. Should see some movements or it should pop out straight away otherwise you could try to pry it out if there's enough purchase on the underside.

    If well and truly stucked, pour hot boiling water on it, then ice afterward, spray with penetrating fluid and repeat a handful of time.

    Contraction and expansion should help the penetrating fluid work its way in.
