Any tips for removing integrated headset bearings seized in a head tube? These ones go in a pressed split ring that sits in the frame and that will most likely be impossible to replace if I damage it.

The second one
It fails the "lock up the front brake and check for movement when rocking the bike forward" test.
I'll just take the whole thing apart this weekend. If the threads are fooked I'll order a new fork. Of not then I'll swap out the headset.
I appreciate the help

Insert a long thin screwdriver/spoke between the slit of the bearing/cup/race and tap on it. Should see some movements or it should pop out straight away otherwise you could try to pry it out if there's enough purchase on the underside.
If well and truly stucked, pour hot boiling water on it, then ice afterward, spray with penetrating fluid and repeat a handful of time.
Contraction and expansion should help the penetrating fluid work its way in.
You don’t get these issues with electronic shifting.
