I’ve seen this on AliExpress (but don’t have it myself) 3rd picture appears to show it fitted to a Brompton.

@grams thanks for the insight.
@HoKe I’ve got a Dynamo light so cable to rear light wound round the seatpost, going up and down wouldn’t be the nicest way of having it wired.
